Whisk Media Limited reserves the right to cancel classes and change content at anytime. We will endeavour to publish changes on our website where possible.

Whisk Media Limited agrees to provide cookery classes in accordance with previously agreed promotions or schedules with due skill and care in accordance with best teaching practice. We will provide ingredients, utensils, knives, aprons and other equipment.  When a class is run in your home, all you are required to provide is the workspace, cooker and oven and any plates, glasses, cutlery etc. for the meal.

Whisk Media Limited agrees to be responsible, so far as reasonably practical, for the health and safety of our own equipment and ingredients used during classes.

Whisk Media Limited will not be responsible for, or have any liability to you for accidental damage or injury arising during classes in your home or resulting from the actions or omissions of anyone attending the class.  Whisk Media Limited will be responsible for damage directly caused by Whisk Media Limited if notified at the time (28 days from incident).  When the class takes place in your home, or on premises provided by you, you will ensure and be responsible for the health and safety of the cooking environment and equipment belonging to you at all times. This includes relevant insurance.  Whisk Media Limited has full product and public liability insurance and is registered with Wandsworth Borough Council and Armagh Borough Council as food premises.

Whisk Media Limited is unable to guarantee that classes are suitable for food allergy sufferers and the individual client takes responsibility for allergic reactions to foodstuffs. Food prepared may contain traces of nuts.

Attendees must be over 18 years of age to attend.

Payment

Payment should be made in full at the time of booking. Whisk Media Limited is unable to confirm your place until payment is received in full.

All bookings should be made through the website by credit or debit card.

Cancellations and refunds

In the unlikely event of a cancellation by Whisk Media Limited, we will undertake to provide a suitable alternative within a reasonable period of time or make a full refund to you.

For those incurring travel and accommodation costs, we recommend obtaining relevant insurance - we do not reimburse travel or accommodation costs for class changes or cancellations.

If you are unable to attend on the day booked we will accept a replacement person.
Cancellation by you with less than 1 week’s notice will be charged at the full rate as costs have been incurred and revenue will be lost. You accept that any breach of the terms and conditions will result in immediate cancellation/termination of the class.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the e-voucher and it means that your class must be booked and taken before this date.

Data Privacy

Whisk Media Limited will hold a database of all attendees and newsletter subscribers. If you would like to be removed from this, please with unsubscribe in the subject field.
