Cooking Experiences at Ballylisk House An AGA Cooking Day begins at 10am with freshly brewed morning coffee and AGA baked cakes and biscuits. At 11am James will demonstrate how to bake breads and cakes for 1 hour. This enjoyable and informative tutorial will be followed by a 30 minute coffee break and an opportunity to visit the picturesque gardens at Ballylisk. Next will be a 1½ hour demonstration, carefully chosen to reflect the theme of the day, which will culminate in a three course lunch. Guests will enjoy their meal and a glass of wine in the dining room at Ballylisk House, followed by dessert and coffee. Guests will leave with a set of exclusive recipes, a jar of James’ homemade preserves, a copy of James’ cookery books and a selection of AGA goodies.
